Hello, I am Dominic!
About Me
Hi, I am Dominic Ruiz. Some of you may know me, some of you may know people who know me. Some of you may not have any clue who I am or why you're here. I am a 21 year old college student who loves Jesus and making Him known. My story is similar to some where I have grown up knowing God exists but not really knowing who He is, what He is like, and who I am in relative to Him.
Thanks be to God that in the last few years, I have gotten to know who the Creator of the universe is. Most importantly I have been a witness of His love for me through the revelation that Jesus Christ came to this broken world to save me, a sinner who deserves nothing but death. In college (where faith goes to die), a miracle happened! God called me away from a life of selfishness, immorality, greed, idolatry, and every sin you can think of; and He called me to live for Him and for his renown.
I have been involved in college ministry for the last few years, serving for Cru at the University of Tennessee. Through my time here, I have seen the Lord provide for me, comfort me, and be the loving Father that is described in His Word. He has truly changed my life, and this is what this site is about!
